I like to eat a lot. Over a period of time, I gained a lot of weight. I ignored all the drawbacks of putting a lot of weight. Problems of BP / Cholesterol worried me. I used to huff and puff after climbing the stairs of just one or two floors. There came a time when I had to become serious about losing weight.
The reminders for doing certain tasks, consultations from the dieticians and different combination of food plans helped me in my mission of losing weight. I have now got rid of eating junk food. I also exercise daily for 1 hour. Fitness is my only mantra now. This app completely changed my personality. I am a totally different person now. Lost around 20kgs in 6 months with losts of inches specially I had all the fat around belly.
